Mechanical diaphragm metering

The pictured GSS-series configuration uses a mechanically driven diaphragm and check valves to meter chemical solution. The GSS series offers PVC, PVDF and 316 stainless-steel wetted-end options; compatibility must be confirmed for the chemical, concentration and temperature.

Example catalogue operating points

• GSS010: maximum listed flow 13 L/h at maximum listed pressure 10 bar
• GSS030: maximum listed flow 30 L/h at maximum listed pressure 7 bar
• GSS060: maximum listed flow 59 L/h at maximum listed pressure 4 bar

These reference values apply to the 50 Hz catalogue configurations. Confirm the selected motor, adjustment method, suction conditions and actual duty before ordering. Calibration columns, pulsation dampers, relief and back-pressure valves can be reviewed as part of the dosing installation.
