Disc diffuser grids for aeration
Membrane-disc diffusers connect to the basin air-distribution pipework. Air passes through the diffuser membranes into the basin to support biological treatment.
Build the air-distribution package
- Diffuser discs, connections and supporting pipework.
- Grid layout, isolation and maintenance access.
- Compatibility with the blower duty and available pressure.
- Pipe and membrane materials selected for the wastewater and operating conditions.
Selection inputs
Share basin dimensions, operating water depth, aeration demand, total airflow and available blower pressure. Diffuser diameter, per-disc airflow, pressure loss and oxygen-transfer data must refer to the selected model and test conditions.
