Oxygen-fed ozone generation
Cabinet-type equipment with integrated PSA oxygen generation is available for water-treatment and oxidation duties. The supplier catalogue describes quartz-tube discharge elements, adjustable operation, timed controls and model-dependent air or combined air/water cooling.
Example output options
The oxygen-fed catalogue series includes nominal ozone outputs of 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 g/h, with larger system configurations also listed. Output selection depends on water quality, ozone demand, feed-gas conditions and the complete treatment process; it is not a water-flow rating.
Define the complete package
Confirm oxygen supply, cooling, gas-liquid contacting, off-gas destruction, ozone monitoring, ventilation and interlocks as part of project engineering. Supply boundaries and treatment performance are agreed for each application.
Model-specific electrical and installation requirements must be confirmed before ordering.
Air-fed alternative
The LCF-G/A air-fed series uses air compression and drying rather than the integrated PSA oxygen arrangement. The catalogue lists smaller models at 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 g/h. For example, LCF-G/A-10 is listed at 10 g/h and ≤220 W; LCF-G/A-20 at 20 g/h and ≤450 W. Compare feed gas, ozone concentration, cooling and the required treatment duty before selecting either series.
