Sand-Water Separator
Separate sand and grit from water, then lift and drain the collected solids for discharge.

Separation of sand and grit from grit-chamber discharge in municipal and industrial wastewater pretreatment.
How it works
Sand and other settleable grit collect at the bottom of the tank. An inclined screw lifts the solids above the water level, allowing water to drain back before discharge. The separated water leaves through the overflow.
