Water reuse does not necessarily need a long treatment line or a large new treatment building. We would like to share a compact water reuse solution available through G-LINK for industrial wastewater recycling projects.
At first glance, it looks like a containerized water treatment system. Look inside, and it becomes much more interesting.
Dual membrane treatment
The system combines non-aerated PTFE membrane filtration with RO, designed to produce high-quality reclaimed water from industrial wastewater.
A much shorter process
A conventional reuse line may involve sedimentation, sand filtration, carbon filtration, UF, intermediate storage and RO. Here, the treatment train is significantly simplified through direct membrane filtration followed by RO. Fewer treatment steps mean a smaller footprint and a more integrated system.
Up to 75% overall water recovery
The goal is not simply wastewater treatment. It is to recover as much usable water as practical and return it to the production cycle. Recovery depends on the feed water and selected configuration.
500 to 1,000 m³/day in a modular package
Standard configurations are available at 500 m³/day and 1,000 m³/day, making the concept particularly interesting for projects where space, construction time and on-site installation need to be controlled.
Designed with industrial wastewater in mind
The technology is applicable to water reuse in industries including printing and dyeing, steel, electronics, chemical processing and mine-water treatment.
What interests us most is not simply putting water treatment equipment into a container. It is how much treatment capability can be integrated into a compact package while still configuring the process around the actual feed water and the required reuse quality.
How G-LINK supports your project
At G-LINK, we supply wastewater treatment equipment and system packages for international projects, supported by a carefully developed manufacturing network in China.
For a water reuse project like this, we start with your feed water conditions, required capacity, process requirements and reuse target. From there, G-LINK coordinates the equipment configuration, technical clarification, manufacturing, quality inspection, shipment and after-sales support.
A project may involve one manufacturer or several specialized manufacturers. You still have one China interface: G-LINK.
If you are working on an industrial wastewater reuse or water recycling project, send us your water analysis and project requirements. We can help turn them into the right equipment package and manage the China side through delivery.
