Package Procurement

What belongs in your sludge dewatering equipment package?

A clear equipment list helps your project team compare quotations and identify the interfaces that still need a decision.

Screw-press and dosing equipment package

Define the equipment boundary

Begin with the main dewatering equipment and list the supporting items required by your project. The G-Link company profile identifies screw presses, polymer preparation equipment, sludge feeding pumps and polymer dosing pumps as a possible coordinated supply package. Your actual scope may differ.

Write down who supplies each interface

For each item, identify the supplier and the connections it depends on. Ask how piping connections, electrical supply and controls will be coordinated. Make exclusions visible so that site works or supporting equipment are not silently assumed to be included.

Include the documents you need

Specify the data sheets, supplier drawings, electrical diagrams and operation manuals required by your team. Clarify submission stages, review responsibilities and any project-specific documentation requirements before agreeing the order.

Make delivery requirements part of the inquiry

State your delivery destination, required timing and packing requirements. Ask the supplier to identify the proposed shipping terms and the inspection, freight or site-support items included or excluded from the quotation.

Compare the same scope

When reviewing alternatives, compare the listed equipment, materials, controls, documentation and commercial exclusions together. A total price is easier to interpret when you can see what each offer contains. Send G-Link your equipment list to start defining a coordinated supply scope.

This guide supports project discussions; it does not provide equipment sizing or verified performance data. Requirements and responsibilities must be confirmed for each supply scope.
